History of PopBlog!

Hi friends! Lilly here. Many of you may have been wondering how our blog came to be, and so I thought it would be fun to tell this unique story from my perspective!

It all started when I got a virus. I had to stay home from school, and having spending the day watching hours of TV bored me. I went to the computer, trying to think of games to play when Poptropica crossed my mind. My sisters introduced it to me when I was little, and I used to play it all the time! I created an account with the username LillySparkle$, and finished Monkey Wrench Island and began Pelican Rock! (It was brand new at the time) The next day, I returned to school and at lunch told my friends about it. Mia exclaimed "Oh I remember it!" and that night she got on to her old account, babywheelie, and started to play Pelican Rock, and we helped each other through the island. One night, we were playing Poptropica and got this crazy idea to start a blog about it! We began our site, and published it online! We have been able to share this amazing experience with all of you, and reach out to other Poptropicans! We also have so much support from our staff, who have fun and inventive ideas! I'm so grateful for such an amazing journey. (This is our first photo we made for Pop Blog!)
